SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Use a carrier that incorporates tracking and/or insurance services.

  • All shipments must be prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. or any variation of similar processes. Packages shipped C.O.D. will be rejected upon delivery attempt and returned to the customer.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​
  • You have 30 calendar days to return any packaged items. Email us at info@accuratecylinderandsleeveworks.com to get a return authorization (RA) number.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging

  • Items, which have been used or installed on your bike, will not be accepted for refund.

  • Any item not returned in its original packaging or condition may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.  ALL returned pistons are charged at least a 20% restock fee - make sure you order correctly.

  • We will not accept returns on items that show any signs of use, damage, or wear. Includes but is not limited to scratches, scuffs, stretching, dents, dirt, pet hair, or any signs the product has been mounted.

  • Any items sent to us without a RA number and not meeting the above criteria will not be accepted.

  • Items sold in vacuum sealed packaging cannot be returned if they are opened. If non-resalable packaging is not intact, the item is no longer in "new condition".

  • Do not use the item's original packaging as a shipping container. To avoid damage and ensure you're refunded, pack items in the original packaging and place inside of a larger, separate shipping container.

  • Only unopened electrical items may be returned.  Ignition components are not returnable (stator, coils, CDI).

WARRANTY – 

Accurate Cylinder And Sleeve Works, does not offer any type of direct warranty on OEM products. All warranty goes directly to the manufacturers. Our returns department will assist with the warranty process to the respected manufacture. Prior to sending back any warranty item please contact our returns specialist at   info@accuratecylinderandsleeveworks.com

 

 

90 days abandoned Policy 

 

Our 90 Days Abandonment Policy is as follows:

After 90 days of no contact from customer with either payment plan, payment, update on service requested, request to ship back ( at customer cost ) or request for longer time to make payment, we will consider the parts abandoned and dispose of parts as we see fit.

We will try to contact you in all ways we have (phone and/or email) to let you know that you are either past 90 days or getting close. We will offer a grace period to hear back from you with an update. If we do not hear back from you within that grace period or time frame that you choose, we will no longer contact you about said parts and consider the parts abandoned. We hope our loyal customers understand. There are many options for you, please just give us a call. We are willing to work with you and understand that sometimes, it can be too much at the moment.
